History of Christianity II

How does modern church history shape today's Christian beliefs and worship? In this course, Dr. John Tweeddale explores the development of Christianity from the Reformation to the present day.

Romans

This course introduces the Apostle Paul's letter to the Romans. Dr. John Tweeddale examines Paul's life, theology, each chapter in depth, addresses controversial views, and explores its impact on the Christian life.

The Doctrine of God

The chief end of man is to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever, but we cannot glorify or enjoy God if we do not know who He is. In this course, Dr. Keith Mathison will examine God’s revelation of Himself so that our understanding of God might be more conformed to Scripture.

Course Information:

• The spring 2026 semester occurs from January 12, 2026 through May 1, 2026. Lectures will only be available to view during the semester.
• One lecture is uploaded per week and viewable during the duration of the semester. Each lecture is about two hours and forty-five minutes long.
• All courses will be taught in alignment with Ligonier Ministries’ statement of faith and the consensus of the historic Reformed confessions as recorded in the Three Forms of Unity, Westminster Standards, and the 1689 London Baptist Confession of Faith.

Payment Information: 

• The discounted audit rate of $300 will begin November 17, 2026 and end on January 11, 2026.
• The regular audit rate of $480 will begin on January 12, 2026 and end on February 9, 2026.
• No refunds will be issued after your payment has been received.
